Vacancy: Farm Manager

Eco Rice Production Ltd is seeking a seasoned Farm Manager to oversee our farming operations in Kenema.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure all procedures run efficiently and effectively.
  • Planning and distributing resources for optimal production.
  • Coordinating and supervising workers, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Ensuring our operations adhere strictly to government regulations and safety standards.
  • Coordinating our Agri-machinery hire and related services.
  • Supporting our small-scale farmers in optimizing their yield and implementing sustainable farming practices.

As an ideal candidate, you should have a solid understanding of farming best practices and be current with technological trends in agriculture. An ability to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is key to excel in this role.
